Blue skies and great views!

The meal over in Kowloon was great - although I'm not actually sure what I was eating all of the time! The sail over on the Star Ferry was also pretty spectacular.

My jet lag hasn’t gone yet… probably not helped by the fact that I stayed up late on Saturday night to see England losing to Wales. Given I was mainly with English folk I was on my best behaviour – which is just as well given Scotland’s performance the next day!

On Sunday the weather had changed dramatically – blue skies and warmth! I had been advised to head up to the peak on my first clear day – and it was well worth it. The view is quite hazy because of the pollution, but you get really get a good sense of HK as you look down to the central district on the north of the island and then over to Kowloon and the new territories on the mainland.
